土地整理耕地质量评价和经济潜力评价比较研究——以莱芜里辛土地整理项目为例
COMPARATIVE STUDY ON ARABLE LAND QUALITY AND ECONOMIC POTENTIAL EVALUATION OF LAND CONSOLIDATION

Abstract
Arable land quality evaluation and potential evaluation are one of important technique work of land consolidation, which evaluation result is important basis of land consolidation performance appraisal. But two evaluations are not quite similar. Taking Lixin land consolidation (LC) project of Laiwu City as an example, integrating GIS technology, method of field survey and in office analysis, indexes system, method of arable land quality evaluation and economic potential evaluation and their change based on LC were studied. The result indicated that grades of arable land quality were mainly 2, 3 and 4 before LC, which occupied 89.32％ of total arable land area; after LC, grades of arable land quality were basically 1 and 2, which occupied 99.88％ of total arable land area; total arable land quality after LC is 1. 3026 times before LC. Grades of arable land economic potential value were mainly 2, 3 and 4 before LC, which occupied 87.20％ of total arable land area; grades were basically 1 and 2 after LC, which occupied 99.88％ of total arable land area. Total arable land economic potential after LC is 1. 286 times before LC. Land consolidation performance was prominent and economic potential evaluation is more reflect arable land production capacity than quality evaluation.关键词
