高强度聚焦超声联合新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer. Methods In this study,86 female patients with biopsy-proven primary breast cancer were enrolled and divided into HIFU group (n =36) and control group (n =50). Before the surgery,the patients in HIFU group were treated with HIFU comibined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and those in control group were only treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. All the patients were submitted to radical mastectomy. The changes in tumor size were evaluated by color Doppler ultrasonography. HE staining was performed to observe the morphological changes. Results The results of color Doppler ultrasonography showed that the clinical response rate in HIFU group was significantly higher than that in control group (77.8％ vs 56％,P ＜ 0.05). According to Miller and Payne grading system,the response rate in HIFU group was significantly higher than that in control group (72.2％ vs 50％,P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion HIFU combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can enhance the therapeutic efficacy in breast cancer. As a noninvasive therapy, HIFU is effective in the treatment of bresst cancer.关键词
