Abstract
Some new ideas for resettlement planning, design and management of hydropower projects have emerged under current economic and social development in China. The new ideas of Introducing quality factor in the calculation of resettlement compensation, Paying the compensation on an annual basis, Initiating Construction after Finishing Resettlement,Adopting construction agent system and Playing the role of main project design department in resettlement design are analyzed herein. The investigations show that these ideas have certain effectives in actual resettlement planning, design and management.关键词
