摘要

Abstract

The development of LiVPO4F as 4 V cathode matenals for lithium-ion batteries was summarized in this article. The preparation methods, such as carbothermal reduction, sol-get, ion exchange and hydrothermal techniques, were compared and discussed in detail. Moreover, the improvements of LiVPO4F by cations and anions doping were also presented for achieving better electrochemical properties. Compared with other cathode materials.LiVPO4F shows many merits, such as stable structure, high working potential and excellent safety performance, and is a promising cathode materials for power lithium-ion batteries.
