Optimal Calculation for Thermal Errors of Machine Guide Way with Approximation Model Method
摘要
Abstract
In order to obtain the thermal errors of a machine guide way in whole stroke in real time,the methodology of approximation model and numerical simulation were applied to optimize the boundary conditions of finite element model in machine guide way. The objective of approximation model was to reduce errors between calculations and experiments; the calculations was obtained from finite element analysis. Finally, the optimal calculation results of the guide way thermal errors were obtained. It can be used to thermal error compensation in machine guide way and enhances the manufacturing accuracy. The problem of thermal error measurement of machine guide way in real time was solved.关键词
