摘要

Abstract

Dynamic performance of a water hydraulic piston pump with flat valves was analyzed.Its mathematic model was established and the influence factors were studied by simulation.The results show that the bigger clearance volume or higher vacuum degree makes flat valve delay more serious,and reducing spring stiffness or spool quality is favorable to promote the performance of flat valve.In addition, too high rotational speed is not suitable in this kind of pump and work pressure also has influence on the opening delay to flat valve.
