催化剂对劣质煤燃烧性能的影响
EFFECTS OF CATALYSTS ON COMBUSTION CHARACTERISTICS OF INFERIOR COALS
摘要
Abstract
The influence of the inferior coals with NaC104, MnO2, or BaCO3 on the characteristics of coal combustion was investigated by thermo-gravimetric(TG) analysis. The results indicated that the catalysts can enhance the release of volatile matters of the coals, furthermore, the ignition and burnout characteristics of the coal with catalysts are improved to some extent, on which the catalytic activity of the catalysts are in the order of NaC104 >BaCO3>MnO2 and BaCO3 >MnO2>NaC104 respectively. Simultaneously, the catalysts can increase the quantity of heat releasing of the coal. The function principle of the catalysts to the inferior coals is that the catalysts can promote the release of volatile matters and the contact of oxygen and coke, thus, the ignition temperature of the coal is decreased and the process of coal combustion is accelerated.关键词
