一种利用PSD测量火炮身管直线度的方法
A Method for Measuring Straightness of Gun Bore Using PSD
摘要
Abstract
An automatic system for detecting the straightness of gun barrel was developed, with semiconductor laser collimated beam being used as its measuring reference basis and Position Sensitive Detector (PSD) as sensing device. Non-contact, non-destructive detecting was realized with this automatic system by integrating multiple techniques, such as fine machining, laser alignment,electronics and computers. Structural design, detecting principle and software design were discussed intensively and the evaluation algorithm of straightness error was presented as well. The experiment on 122 mm howitzer’s barrel was conducted. The detector error in repeated measures was less than 0. 005 mm, and the integrated measuring error was less than 0. 01 mm. Thus high measurement accuracy was reached.关键词
