Abstract
[ Objective ] The study aimed to seek for enzyme processing technology without changing the existing process conditions of making the stem-silk, so as to improve the immanent quality of tobacco stem-silk. [ Method ] Based on the existing technology of making stem-silk and the existing process conditions of washing stem, through the treatment of adding the 3 enzymes to wash the stems, the main composition of tobacco stem were moderate to be degraded, and through the single factor test and the orthogonal test, the effects of degrading the tobacco stemsilk by pectinase MG (0.32 U/g), ligninolytic enzymes MM (500 U/g) and cellulose enzyme MQ ( 1 000 U/g) were compared and their optimum dosages were confirmed. [ Result] The analysis of variance showed that pectinase and cellulose enzyme had very significant effects on the degradation of tobacco stem-silk. The optimal technological conditions in the tobacco stem-silk hydrolysis test were as follows: MG concn.of 0.10%. and MQ concn. of 0.10%, under which, the tobacco stem degradation rate could reach 32.50% -37.18%. [ Conclusion] Using enzyme technology can effectively degrade the cellulose and pectic substance of the tobacco stem-silk and can effectively control the content of hydrolysis product according to the time of stem storage, which helps to promote the transformation of middle fragrance quality and increase the immanent quality of tobacco stem-silk.关键词
