湘烟3号烘烤过程中温湿度研究

Abstract
[ Objective ] The basis of the preparation of the baking method of tobacco variety—Xiangyan No. 3 was provided through the research on the baking technology and the technical index in its procedure. [ Method ] Based on the routine baking process, the index of the temperature and the degree of leaf-yellowing in the period of color variation and color formation would be adjusted and the baking technology of the upper, middle and down level of leaf in baking room was investigated after the baking cost, economic character, appearance quality and chemical component were compared with the experiment of four factors and 3 places. [ Result] In the baking process of Xiangyan No. 3 leaf,while the temperature of dry ball was 38 ℃ and the temperature of wet ball was 36 ℃ the diagnosis indicator of the down tobacco leaf was that 70% of whole leaf turned yellow, the leaf and half of main vein became soft; the middle and upper tobacco leaf was that 90% of whole leaf turned yellow, the leaf and one-third of main vein became soft. In the late period of yellow-turning the temperature of wet ball for middle and down leaf should be controlled at 38 ℃ and for upper leaf, 39 ℃. [ Conclusion] The temperature and humidity in the period of leaf-yellowing and the variation of leaf color of tobacco variety—Xiangyan No. 3 were preliminarily researched. The basic law of the leaf maturity and the morphology, the tobacco leaf-yellowing, the speed of loss water and the relevant coordination would be further explored.关键词
