摘要

Abstract

On transmission line, OPGW is usually grounded at every tower. With a larger capacity and higher level of load current than 500 kV and lower voltage class transmission line,the 750 kV AC transmission line has a great loop current which will bring about great OPGW grounding losses if it is grounded at every tower. Consequently, the induced voltage and current on the OPGW of 750 kV AC transmission line were simulated and calculated by ATP/EMTP modeling, and three different OPGW grounding modes were comparatively studied. Moreover, the induced voltage and current were on-spot measured. The measurement results are well in agreement with calculation results, and the transposition grounding mode can greatly reduce the grounding loss of OPGW and can be a reference for the design transmission line.
