X波段基片集成波导四路功分器的设计
Design of an X-band four-way substrate integrated waveguide power divider
摘要
Abstract
The waveguide power divider has been widely used in many microwave and millimeterwave systems as a key element in multiplexer, coupler and antenna feeding system etc. Embarked from the principle of work in rectangular waveguide power divider, the theory and design rules of SIW(substrate integrated waveguide) power dividers was researched by use of SIW's advantages such as high Q-factor and Iow-cost etc. An X band 4-way SIW power divider was designed, and the measured results show that the returned loss of the power divider is lower than -15 dB from 9.0 GHz to 11.0 GHz, which corresponds to 20% bandwidth. And the measured S21 to S51 in the pass-band fluctuate between -9.0 dB and -7.7 dB, which could meet the design requirements.This power divider can be widely used in microwave circuits, and suitable for mass production because of its low cost and simple structure.关键词
