摘要

Abstract

The loss of fresh agricultural products is the main reasons affecting the operating of agricultural products in supermarkets. Based on the status of supermarket business, the paper discusses several main causes to the losses of fresh agricultural products in supermarkets, and puts forward some methods and measures to control the losses so as to improve the benefits of fresh agricultural products.
