美味牛肝菌合成漆酶的发酵条件研究
Study on Synthesis Conditions of Laccase from Boletus edulis
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the optimum fermentation conditions for the synthesis of laccase from Boletus edulis. [ Method ]By using the submerged culture method, the effect of different carbon source, nitrogen source, pH and temperature on the laccase production from Boletus edulis. [ Result] The optimum synthesis conditions of laccase from Boletus edulis were as follows: glucose 2.0%, beef extract 0.5%, KH2PO4 0.4%, MgSO4 7H2O 0.3%, trace element solution 8%, Vitamin BI 0. 003%, pH 4.5, temperature 28 ℃ and culture time 8 d. [ Conclusion] Under these conditions, the maximum laccase production was 71.27 U/ml, the study provided scientific basis for the development and application of laccase from Boletus edulis.关键词
