装配用振动器设计方法研究
Research of Automatic Assembly with Pneumatic Vibrator Technology
摘要
Abstract
Artificial beat was applied to the assembly of products between small interference fit and transition fit in most companies traditionally.But In this paper, we provide the use of automatic control pneumatic vibrator instead of artificial beat thus design a kind of assembly with a pneumatic vibrator. This paper makes a detailed description and explanation on the assembly with a pneumatic vibrator meanwhile finishes dynamics analysis and calculation. At last the whole system is simulated and shows that the desired functions and performances are achieved.关键词
