摘要
Abstract
Proceeding from the definition of fixed assets investment effects, the evaluation indicator system was perfect based on the existed indieators. The data based divided K-means clustering method was applied to evaluate the fixed assets investment situation in 31 provinces in China. Combining single indicators with comprehensive indicators, the investment outcome changes in east, middle and west area since the eighth five-year plan were expounded. The causes of outcome differences and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.关键词
