P120ctn在ER、PR阴性乳腺癌中的表达及其意义
Expression and significance of P120ctn in ER and PR negative breast carcinoma tissues

Abstract
Objective To investigate in vivo expression of P120ctn in breast carcinoma with ER、PR negative and analyze its reationship with pathological characteristics. Methods Immunohistochemical method was performed to detect expression of P120ctn in tissues from 52 cases of breast carcinoma with ER、PR negative, 23 with normal breast tissues beside carcinoma and 21 breast adenofibroma. Results Of 52 cases of breast carcinoma with ER、 PR negative, reduced membranous expression of Pl20ctn was seen in 32 cases (61.53％) but cytoplasmic expression in 29 (52.76％), with a total abnormal expression rate of 67.30％ (35/52). Of 21 cases with breast adenofibroma, 6 cases (28.57％) had decreased expression of P120ctn and none with cytoplasmic expression. Of 23 cases with normal breast tissues beside carcinoma reduced nembranous expression of P120ctn was seen only in 2 cases. 29 rases of organization classification Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ and 23 cases organization classification in Ⅲ Pl20ctn abnormalities expression rate 48.27％ vs 78.26％ respectively. 30 cases had lymph node metastasis and 22 cases without lymph node metastasis of cancer tissue P120ctn abnormalities expression rate 76.66％ vs 40.90％ respectively Abnormal expression of P120ctn with ER、PR negative breast carcinoma was closely associated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05), but not related with clinical stages (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusions There was a high rate of abnormal expression of P120ctn in ER、PR negative breast carcinoma. P120ctn can be used as a valuable index for predicting prognosis condition of ER、PR negative breast carcinoma.关键词
