摘要

Abstract

Computer micro- vision is taken as the detection means.The 3D topography and roughness parameters of the workpiece surface was obtained by 3D reconstruction of the gray images of the workpiece surface using shape from shading.The SFS algorithm based on Torrance -Sparrow illuminant model was applied according to reflective characteristics of the metal micro - surface, 3D topography reconstruction and roughness detection of the workpiece surface was completed.
