Abstract
The brush type plasticizer system in KDF2 filter rod maker tends to result in wide variation intriacetin addition and material waste. In order to improve the quality of filter rod, rod, an automatic triacetinspraying system based on atomizing technology was applied. After the transformation of the system, the glycerol is spraying by the the pressure difference from inside and outer of the lumen,a good spray from the glycerol nozzle attached to the tow. The shortcomings of the nonlinear and time delay in the original control process are overcomed by this way to improve the rod quality,reduce waste rods, and reduce the amount of glycerol correspondingly.关键词
