Abstract
Hospital culture is of Chinese national culture as the basis, the socialist era culture as a fundamental as the leading factor, and modern medicine culture, is the combination of various categories culture, industry culture, various disciplines cultural exchange mutual infiltration and of the formation of a particular industry culture. Hospital culture contains material culture and consciousness of culture, science and technology culture,management culture and so on elements, these elements are mostly relatively abstract, want to let hospital culture fully reflected, and constantly carry forward, it is necessary to open up a rich hospital unique individuality cultural carrier namely hospital.关键词
