摘要
Abstract
The effects of different nitrogen levels on yield, nitrate content and nutrition quality ofGynura divancata were investigated under hydroponics. At 10-14 mmol/L, yield were relatively high; the fiavone, protein, mineral elements content were relatively medium; nitrate contents and the activity of nitrate reductase were relatively low. Taking yield and quality as measurement index, the optimal nitrogen concentration for Gynura divancat under hydroponics was 10-14 mmol/L.关键词
