Abstract
Building food traceability system is one of the best and efficient ways to ensure food safety and quality, reduce the impact of food accident and establish accountability management. GS 1 system and related standards provide technical support and guarantee for regulating and hannonizing food traceability system. This article focus on studying the process of building food traceability system by using GS1 system, and building a GSl-system-based food traceability model, which provides new thoughts for building food traceabihty system in our country.关键词
