摘要
Abstract
This paper looks back to national standardization organizations and international standardization organizations, the relevant national standards and international standards, developed from late of thel9th Century and 20th Century along with the development of industry and world trade, and influence of WTO to standardization. It gives an analysis to the reason of creation and impetus of standardization; addresses the technical standards in the market and the status and role of standardization organizations, as well as the relationship between technical standards and technical regulations. The author proposed a point that standards and original technology in ICT industry have a kind of binding relationship, so that the standards in ICT industry are at the strategic position, created big influence to industry development.关键词
