Abstract
Based on the notifications of EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) in 2010, the hazards of Chinese food safety are summed up and the reason of notifying is analyzed. How to decrease or avoid the same problems, how to use succeed principles of EU RASFF as references, and how to improve the quality of our correlative products are discussed.关键词
