Statements of Over-standard of Heavy Metals in Algae and the Food Safety Standard
摘要
Abstract
The issue of food safety is very significant to peoples'health, while standards are the basic measurements of food safety. This paper illustrates some problems related to algae health and safety standards recently, which brought great harassments to manufactures, owing to the matter of heavy metals over-standard artificially. Based on analyzing the characteristics of algae enriching heavy metals around water and transforming them, we elaborate some current issues existing in algae health and safety standards to reveal the essence of heavy metals detected over-standard in algae. And then, the strategy of the applicability analysis of standards and suggestions on establishing the system of food health and quality risk analysis are proposed.关键词
