Abstract
Since“The Measures for Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances”(2010) (shortened as the 2010 version of “Measures”, also called“China REACH” )entered into force formally, many enterprises feel confused to the requirements and the implementation. In this paper, we analyze the core requirements of the 2010 version of “Measures” from the control objects and scope, requirements, notification types and processes, reporting systems and data preserving. The 2010 version of “Measures” was also compared with the 2003 version of “Measures” and the EU REACH. And we summarize the present situation of the implementation and response suggestions.关键词
