护理干预对成人癫痫病人自我效能及生活质量与焦虑抑郁状况的相关性影响
Influence of nursing intervention on relativities among self-efficacy,quality of life and anxiety and depression state of adult epilepsy patients

Abstract
Objective: To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on relativities among self - efficacy, life quality and anxiety and depression state of adult epilepsy patients. Methods: A total of 163 adult epilepsy patients were investigated after accepted phased nursing intervention for one week,by adopting general Schwarzer self efficacy scale(GSES),quality of life in epilepsy inventory(QOLIE 31) ,the Chinese version of Zung self rating anxiety scale(SAS), and Zung self - rating depression scale(SDS).Data of all cases and relations were analyzed in different phases before and after nursing intervention. Resuhs: The corresponding self - efficacy and anxiety and depression state of epilepsy patients showed a negative correla tion in different phases after nursing intervention. The longer of the intervention,the stronger correlation between the self - efficacy and anxiety and depression state of patients were. The corresponding quality of life scale scores and anxiety and depression state of epilepsy patients showed a nega rive correlation in different phases after nursing intervention. The longer the intervention,the stronger correlation the self - efficacy and anxiety and depression state of patients were. Although it had not showed a very signif icant correlation between the scale score results and the time of intervention,self - efficacy scale score and the QOLIE - 31 score of epilepsy patients had some positive correlation with the time of nursing intervention(r=0.279, r= 0.314, P＜ 0.001). And it showed a negative correlation between the SAS and SDS scores of epilepsy patients with the time of nursing inter vention(r= - 0. 292,r= - 0. 288,P＜0. 001). Conclusion: Nursing inter vention measures had some positive impacts on general self - efficacy and quality of life of adult epilepsy patients. The longer of the intervention time,the better the intervention effects of them.关键词
