Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and the value of the effective nursing in gynecological patients with diabetes mellitus in perioperative application. Methods Thirty- four cases of gynecological surgery patients with diabetes mellitus from January 2006 to January 2010 were selected from our department. They were divided into control group and experimental group, with the former received routine nursing. Besides the regular nursing, the experimental group was strictly controlled in blood glucose and was given intensive nursing. Results In glycemic control, the difference between two groups was P ＜ 0.05. While in complications control, the complication rate of the control group was 38.5 ％, and the experimental group was 0. The difference between the two groups was P ＜ 0.05. Conclusion Through strict control of blood glucose and implementation of effective nursing, we can effectively control the incidence of perioperative complications of the gynecological patients.关键词
