摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing care of selected multiple pregnancy reduction in the second trimester trans- abdomen or trans- vagina under ultrasound. Methods For the patients of triplet pregnancy who received selected reduction in the second trimester because of missing the first trimester, we performed the psychological care and helped to find the location before operation, well cooperated with the doctor and guided the pregnancy women cooperating with the operation, monitored growth and development of the remaining fetus and blood coagulation of the pregnancy women after operation. At the same time we summarized the experience of nursing care in the operation. Results In the cooperation of the nursing care, selected reduction operation of the four patients were very successful, the reductive fetus become diminutional and the remaining fetus grew well. Conclusion Selected multiple pregnancy reduction in the second trimester trans - abdomen or trans - vagina under ultrasound is an effective and safe method for the patients of multiple pregnancy who miss selected reduction in the first trimester.关键词
