Abstract
Objective To study pseudomonas aeruginosa in lower respiratory tract infection diagnosis with bacterial semi-quantitative culture methods( 12 degree classification method) . Methods Every sputum samples smear to judge the specimen quality, phagocytosis germ of leukocyte, the dominant bacteria of leukocyte concentration region. then culture bacteria with semi-quantitative culture methods. Medical clinical records of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in lower respiratory tract infection case were reviewed , then Statistics analysis of the first culture bacteria colonies amount, specimen quality and discharge diagnosis order. Results There is phagocytosis germ of leukocyte , but that is unusual. There are 128 pseudomonas aeruginosal strain in the first patient sputum samples culture. we can see the relative amount of 12 degree classification method is 0. 1. the positive rate is 76. 9％ , as the relative amount is 0. 2, the positive rate is 78. 3％ , as the relative amount is greater than or equal to 0. 3, the positive rate is 76. 1％ . compared diagnosis rate , suspected cases, false negative results, their x2 = - 52. 096. P ＞ 0. 995. The specimen quality are A, B and C, the positive rate are respectively 91. 7％ , 79. 4％ ,63. 4％ . compared diagnosis rate of specimen quality A ±B with C , their x2 =4. 82,P ＜ 0. 05. compared diagnosis rate of specimen quality c one times with c two times, theirx2 are 0. 014 ,P ＞ 0. 9. Conclusion The relative culture mounts of bacterial semi-quantitative culture methods ( 12 degree classification method) more than that average bacteria carried of oropharynx, we should take drug sensitivity test and report the result tothe doctors.关键词
