摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of arteriovenous fistula on heart function in end-stage renal disease patients in our hospital from 2007 ～2009. Methods LAd、 LVESd、LVEDd、 RVd、 SV、 EF were examined and analysed before and after 6 ～ 8 weeks after AVF in 45 end-stage renal disease patients. Results LAd、RVd、LVESd、 LVEDd after AVF increased significantly and EF reduced evidently after AVF. Conclusion AVF can cause extention of LAd、RVd、LVd and deereaes of EF.关键词
