摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the delayed traumatic intra cephalic hematoma diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical and imageology data of 72 brain abscess patients treated in our hospital were analyzedby a retrospective method. Results In delayed traumatic intra cephalic hematoma group, there were 59 good recovery cases, 5 persisted vegetative state and 18 death cases. Conclusion Strict observation details of circadian clinical feature can improve the prognosis of delayed traumatic intra cephalic hematoma patients.关键词
