摘要

Abstract

Based on the existing safety evaluation system for Donghai Bridge, a new safety evaluation system is designed with the improved analytic hierarchy process; in which the quantifiable bottom indexes are non-dimensionally processed at first, and then the integrated indexes are obtained with a comprehensive evaluation method. For the non-quantifiable indexes, an improved group judgment method is adopted with introducing the judgment on the expert' judging level, by which a weighted set-value statistics principle is formed, and finally, a new method to process the interval number is obtained with the combination of the barycenter decision-making theory. Not only the method can get the evaluation value of the relevant indexes, but the degree of confidence from the evaluation can also be acquired for making the final calculated weight more reasonable.
