脐血流监测对妊娠期糖尿病胎儿的监护价值

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of ultrasonic Doppler umbilical artery flow analysis in supervising the pregnaney with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM), which can decrease the rates of poor perinantal outcome.Methods: Ultrasonic Doppler umbilical artery blood flowmeter was used to detective the 128 GDM women in the period of pregnancy 32-41 weeks; and 150 aged-matched normal pregnant women, analyzing the results of S/D, poor perinantal outcome and delivery lie.Results:the results of S/D between the GDM(without complications) and the normal pregnant women have no statistics significance (P＞0.05) ; while the group with complications respectively, all significantly higher than those of the normal pregnant women and those of without complications(P＜0.05).The rate of poor perinantal outcome and cesarean section is obviously higher as the S/D results of the GDM pregnant women.Conclusion;The S/D results of umbilical artery blood may be one of the very useful index to judge the fetal distress which is good to the supervising of GDM fetals.关键词
