江苏省通州地区肿瘤患者生存质量的研究
Research on QOL of Cancer Survivor in Tongzhou County of Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of life (QOL) of cancer survivors and to explore its relative factors.Methods Structured questionnaires (EORTC QLQ-C30) were used in 2 180 cancer patients for data collection.Result The QOL of patients was better than reference except for CF, SF, NV and FL Among various cancers, QOL was best in bread cancer survivors and worst in lung cancer.The QOL in the group of longer course (more than 5 years ) was best.The metastatic patients had worse QOL.Among different therapeutic method, the group receiving surgical treatment had best QOL while the group receiving TCM was the second best.Multiple stepwise linear regression showed that metastasis and disease course were independent predictive variables of the C-QL(Globe Quality of Life).Conclusion The patients in Tongzhou had its characteristics and also the results suggested that disease status and the therapeutic method could affect the QOL of cancer patients, which could be useful in the evaluation of therapeutic and for the doctors to choose clinical treatment ways.关键词
