摘要
Abstract
As a new type of protein ingredient, fermented soybean meal almost doesn' t contain any anti-nutritional factors and is rich in various kinds of small peptides and probiotics. Early-weaning piglets have not fully developed digestive enzyme systems, which lead to their weak digestion ability for vegetable protein and sensitive to anti-nutritional factors. So, regular soybean meal products are difficult to meet needs of weaning piglets. Fermented soybean meal has been applied in diets of weaning piglets in recent years and achieves good effects. In this paper, nutrition characteristics of fermented soybean meal and its' application effects in diets of weaning piglets, as well as the factors influencing on its' application effects were summarized.
