北寄生提取物抑制人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖及诱导凋亡的实验研究
Experimental Research on the Extracts of Viscum Coloratum for Inhibiting the Proliferation and Induced Apoptosis of HepG2 Cells of Human Liver Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the anti -proliferation and apoptosis -induced effects of Viscum coloratum extracts(VCE) on HepG2 cells.Methods: HepG2 cell proliferative activity was measured by MTr assay.Cell apoptosis was observed by Giemsa staining method.Cell apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometry.Results :After exposure to VCE at concentrations 0.3mg· mL-1 for 24h, cellular proliferation was inhibited with the increase of the concentration and the time.The significant apoptotic morphology changes were observed.After exposure to VCE at concentrations 0.3mg·mL-1 for 48h, cell apoptosis was determined as 24.7％.Conclusion:VCE can not only inhibit the proliferation, but also induce apoptosis in HepG2 cells.关键词
