补髓生血颗粒对慢性再障患者骨髓单个核细胞MEK表达的影响
The Effect of Busui Shengxue Granule on MEK Expressions of Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells of Patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate Busui Shengxue Granule in patients with chronic aplastic anemia (CAA)in bone marrow mononuclear cells mitogen -activated protein kinase (MEK) expression and its mechanism.Methods: Western blotting (Western - blot) was detected by CAA, the expression of normal levels of bone marrow stromal cells MEK.Results: CAA bone marrow mononuclear cells of patients with MEK expression were lower than that in the normal group (P ＜ 0.05 ), by Busui Shengxue Granule after treatment, MEK expression levels increased compared with pre treatment, which had a significant difference( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions: CAA bone marrow stromal cells showed low levels of MEK expression.it may be involved in the process of the pathogenesis of CAA; Medicine Busui Shengxue particles may be by regulating the expression levels of MEK and anti -apoptotic role for MEK, thus affecting the bone marrow signal pathway to promote bone marrow function.关键词
