Abstract
Objective: To observe its clinical therapeutic effect and illustrate its mechanism by acupotomy in the treatment of 41 patients with gluteus minimus myofascitis.Methods: Acupotomy was performed to incise longitudinally or transversely in sensitive pressure point and scleroma of gluteus minimus.Circulating routes of muscles along foot - taiyang and foot - shaoyang meridians and the scope of contracting pain of 41 patients with gluteus minimus myofascitis were compared.Results: The total effective rate of acupotomy treatment was 92.68％.It was found that circulating routes of muscles along foot - taiyang and foot - shaoyang meridians mostly coincided with the scope of gluteus minimus myofascitis.Conclusion: Musculature zones are expressive methods of the ancient times about the structure, function, pathology and clinical diagnosis and treatment of muscles and tendon membrane.“The theory of renewing collaterals and regulating tendons, acicular - incision pseudomembranous inflammation and musclular tissue repair and reconstruction” is mentioned to illustrate the mechanism of acupotimy in treating myofascitis.关键词
