The Effect of Garlic Extracts and Ciprofloxacin on the Biofilm Elastase of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To test the activity of the elastase of two extracellula cytotoxicity factor of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and compare the influence of Garlic Extracts and ciprofloxacin to it.Methods :8 groups are divided into the garlic group(40ug/mL,80ug/mL, 100ug/mL);ciprofloxacin group(0.3ug/mL,0.5ug/mL, 1ug/ mL) and the blank group.Result:The inhibition of the garlic extracts to the elastase of PAO1 is higher than PAO - JP2 at the same concentration, while the inhibition of ciprofloxacin to the elastase of PAO1 and PAO - JP2 is not obviously different on the different concentration ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion: According to this, the garlic extracts has a suppressive function for QS system while ciprnfloxacin has not.关键词
