摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of phosphocreatine (CP)injection on the myocardiam injury induced by adriamycin (ADR) in rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups. The control group, normal saline was ip injected at a dose of ADR everyday. The ADR group was given ip injection of normal saline once a day for 3 days, and ADR at a dose of 3 mg/kg 30 minutes after normal saline from the 4th day, once every other day for 7 times. ADR with CP treatment group was given ip injection of phosphocreatine Na at a dose of 300 mg/kg 30 minutes after normal saline from the 4th day, once every other day for 7 times. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and the contents of lipid peroxide (LPO) in serum and myocardial were determined. At the same time, the rat myocardial pathomorphism was determined.Results CP significantly reduced the contents of LPO, and increased the activities of SOD and CAT in myocardium and serum, when ADR treated rats were intervened by CP. It is significant to compare with the ADR group (P 7< 0.05 ). The protection of myocardial pathological damage in therapy group was improved. Conclusion CP can inhibit myocardial lipid peroxidation induced by ADM. The mechanism maybe that CP can inhibited the activity of oxygen free radicals induced by ADM, thereby reduce the lever of LPO and protect the activities of SOD and CAT.
