健脾复方联合化疗治疗大肠癌术后患者的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe efficacy, quality of life, and safety of Jianpi Compound Recipe combined with chemotherapy in post- operation colorectal cancer patients.Methods A prospective analysis was used.All were post - operation colorectal cancer patients of Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2005 to June 2009.Patients received Jianpi Compound Recipe combined chemotherapy (Combined Treatment Group) or Jianpi Compound Recipe (TCM Group).Patient survival, quality of life and laboratory parameters were compared.Results Totally 66 patients were enrolled in the study.Thirty - seven were in Combined Treatment Group, 29 were in TCM Group.Twenty - two patients (33.3％) died during follow - up.Among them, 8 ( 8/ 37, 21.6％ ) were from Combined Treatment Group, 14 ( 14/29, 48.3％ ) were from TCM Group (RR =0.45, 95％ CI: 0.22 -0.92).The survival rate of two groups was significantly different (by log -rank test, P =0.040 9).There was no significant difference of quality of life scores between two treatments (P ＞ 0.05 ).The white blood cell count and neutrophilic granulocyte count were lower, albumin level and hemoglobin level were higher in Combined Treatment Group compared with TCM Group (P ＜ 0.05, respectively).Conclusion Jianpi Compound Recipe combined with chemotherapy could achieve higher survival rate, reduce anemia, promote synthesis of albumin.关键词
