Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between risk factors before surgery and prognosis of the patients of HICH, quantify various risk factors by taking example through GCS score, and estimate the value of operation and the prognosis of HICH patients more directly and efficiently by means of reviewing the current of patient hypertensive hemorrhage (HICH). Methods 258 cases of HICH patients data were quantified before surgery including their GCS score, blood pressure, body circumstance, imaging material, social status and other factors, and we estimated the relationship between the factors and the prognosis by statistical evaluation and predicted the prognosis of patients (survival or death) according to the quantization. Results The significant correlation was proved between the factors which were selected and the patient's prognosis, there was higher accuracy by “GCS comprehensive multi - factor” method for forecasting HICH patient outcome. Conclusion GCS comprehensive multi- factor could provide the reference for HICH patients before surgery and predict the prognosis after surgery.关键词
