摘要

Abstract

The definition and function of the volume fraction and mass fraction for the hybrid fiber composite material was approached. In this paper, the theoretical formulae which the volume fraction is determined in terms of the mass fraction or the mass fraction is determined in terms of the volume fraction were derived. The definition of the void fraction and the calculation formula for the void fraction determining were given. Because the single fiber composite material is the special case of the hybrid fiber composite material, the calculation formulae in this paper can also apply to the single fiber composite material.
