Abstract
This article is aimed at the common problems of the medical equipment management in the grade 2 hosptials through using the scientific, professional and efficient theory and method of project classification management. According to the medical range characteristics, construction patterns and the optimization principles of business process in grade 2 hospitals were determined. Adopting scientific way of communication, the paper detailed the aspects including the files of the medical equipment, the department of using the medical equipment and the using environment, the using of the medical equipment, the maintenance of the medical eqinpment, the measurement of the medical equipment, the clinical safety and adverse events, the obsolescence of the medical equipment and the effect of the engineering and technical person. Finally, it pointed out that in this particular circumstances of grade 2 hospitals, how to manage the medical equipment scinntigcally can play an important role in management of the medical equipment and making the maximal performance It can promote the construction of the hospital.关键词
