摘要
Abstract
The response of secondary generation superalloy microstructure to the heat treatment process at standard solution treatment temperature ±50 ℃ was investigated.The results show that the microstructures have close correlation not only with the heat treatment temperature, the cooling velocity, but with the crystal orientation; the incipient melting temperature of the single crystal superalloy with<001> orientation is 5 ℃ higher than that of the superalloy with <011> and <111>orientation.In the resolidification zone, the γ' phase is precipitated in the form of separated eutectic,which distributes the same as the parent phase.关键词
