石英含量对刚玉基陶瓷型芯材料性能的影响
Effect of SiO2 on Property of Alumina-Based Ceramic Core
摘要
Abstract
The effect of SiO2 content on the property of alumina-based ceramic core was investigated. The results show that the bending strength and shrinkage ratio of the core increased with the increase of SiO2 content at the same sintering temperature or increased with the increase of sintering temperature at the same content of SiO2. The apparent porosity of the samples increased first, and then decreased with the increase of SiO2 content at the same sintering temperature. For the same content of SiO2, when the content of SiO2 is no more than 15%, the apparent porosity of the samples increased with the increase of sintering temperature; when the content of SiO2 is 20%,the apparent porosity of the samples sintered at 1 450 ℃ reached the maximum. The results of SEM, XRD and EDS indicate that the generation and consumption of the glass phase play an important role in the apparent porosity of the samples.关键词
