Technological Measures of Jewelry Casting with Invisible Wax Setting
摘要
Abstract
Traditional invisible setting was operated on metal base, which had some problems such as difficult operation, low efficiency, high crack rate of gems, big loss of metal and grinding tools,high requirement of setting skills, etc. Jewelry casting technology with invisible wax setting was studied and the technological measures to stabilize the whole casting process were established from aspects such as model-making, gem preparation, wax setting operation, gating system,gypsum mould, casting, cooling and cleaning.关键词
