Abstract
On the basis of the proportional solidification theory, and through adjusting the gating and feeding system, setting the vents reasonably, adding filter screen and so on, the rejection rate caused by shrinkage, puncture, blowhole, inclusions and so on, was decreased.Compared with the original technology, the comprehensive rejection rate after improvement falls from 15% to 3%.At the same time, technological yield decreases from 87.5% to 78.6% because the number of edge risers of the new technology increases from 2 to 4.关键词
