Isolation and Identification of Brominated Alkaloids from the Sponge Ircinia sp.
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the alkaloids from sponge Ircinia sp..Methods:The alkaloids were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques,and their structures were elucidated by physicochemical and spectral data.Results:Five alkaloids were isolated and identified as fistularin-1 ( 1 ), fistularin-3 ( 2 ), aerothionin ( 3 ), 11 -hydroxyaerothionin ( 4 ), suberamolline A ( 5 ).Conclusion:All the alkaloids are isolated from Ircinia sp.for the first time.关键词
